Dr. Delp’s passion is chiropractic. In his sophomore year of high school he choose to become a chiropractor after an injury in baseball that left him almost unable to walk. His parents took him to many different doctors without success but a chiropractor (Dr. Terry Cronin) corrected his problem, got him back to playing baseball again, and literally changed the future of his life. He decided he would work hard to become a chiropractor and help change others’ lives too.
He is very active in his profession. He has been a board member for the North Carolina Chiropractic Association. He has served as the President over the middle of North Carolina for the North Carolina Chiropractic Association. He has stepped in and helped the Board of Chiropractic Examiners on several occasions. Dr. Delp is certified in acupuncture. He is becoming Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified in Clinical Nutrition. Dr. Delp speaks around the state and helps teach other chiropractors.
Adam Delp is married to Tammy Delp and has two boys Gad and Asher. He is an Ultra Marathon Athlete and has competed in several 50K, 50 mile, 100k, and even 100 mile races. He finished in top 10 in a 108 mile race in Patagonia Chile. Dr. Delp also enjoys competitive shooting.
